Great ideas can't promote themselves. So like every good marketing campaign, the success of your program will greatly depend on how well (and how much)your staff and clients know.

Offer visible company support with e-mails. Build a buzz "by word of mouth". Show a sense of corporate enthusiasm by having a fun company meeting/party to accompany the launch. All these actions send a positive message to participants as to just how serious you are about your staff's performance, your customers business, and your company's goals.
